RESERVATIONS

Reserve your equipment as far in advance as possible. Should your plans change, please let us know. We reserve the right to request a non-refundable advance deposit up to the full rental amount. Deposits may be held until returned equipment is inspected.

CHANGES IN ORDERS

For your protection of service and accuracy, we require that all changes be made more than 48 hours before the order is to leave our premises.

DELIVERY/PICKUP

Delivery and Pick-up services are available at an additional charge at a base fee to street level. On pickup, all items should be packed in the same containers as delivered. Linens must be dry to prevent mildew. Tables and chairs must be stacked and chairs must be strapped to dolly with strap as dropped off. Machines must be returned clean, free of mud, dirt, etc… or there is a $50.00 cleaning charge.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

The responsibility for the items remains with the lesser from the time of delivery to the time of return. Be sure that all items are secure when not actually in use. We DO CHARGE for missing, broken, damaged or excessively dirty items. We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler systems.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits on canceled items even if bad weather are refunded in the form of store credit.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Please note that this is only a partial listing or our rental inventory. Prices quoted are for the most common amounts of time that an item is usually rented. Weekly rates are less per day and monthly rates are the least expensive.

MACHINE FLAT TIRES AND GAS OR DIESEL FUEL

Customer is responsible for flat tires. All machines must be returned with the same level of fuel as when they leave our premises; otherwise customer agrees to pay $6.00 per gallon.
